Dr. Angie Nease brings years of experience to Neasch Consulting working across various industries. She
believes that any organization’s greatest strategic asset is understanding how its people function on the
job, and she works with organizations in all areas related to the talent function. She received her Ph.D.
in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University, where her research interests focused on
training and development and mediation/negotiation. She has presented at conferences and published
research in peer-reviewed journals.
