Mary has worked in large organizations, owned her own small business, and worked as a consultant for more than 20 years. She has experience working with management teams and c-suite executives and truly understands the pressures and demands placed on business leaders. Mary received her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University where she focused on conflict management, team building and personality assessment. Mary is also a certified Executive Coach and trained mediator.
